The question is a little strange. The Big Bang is the beginning of the expansion of the universe, which, according to some theories, was previously in a singular state. If we are talking about "Everything" in the sense of particles, stars, planets, then the answer is Yes. It was during the expansion of the universe that the particles necessary for the appearance of "Everything" appeared.

"Hubble" sees galaxies, the light from which flew towards us for 12 billion years. The age of these galaxies is 600 million years. These galaxies cannot be located more than 600 million light years from the center of the big bang. Those. the minimum allowable distance of our galaxy from the center of the large 11.4 billion light years. The Big Bang happened 13.8 billion years ago, i.e. to be where we are now, the matter of our galaxy had to move away from the center of the big bang at almost the speed of light. And now our formed galaxy continues to fly at close to light speed from this center of the big bang. Is it true? Could we not have come from a big bang?
