A neural network in the modern sense is a set of "smart" algorithms that do not just sort through data according to a given pattern, but are able to imitate thinking. A person does not need to be a neural network, he is still the smartest creature on Earth.
Neural networks were originally created in an attempt to simulate the organization and operation of the human brain. However, modern neural networks have very little to do with the work of the brain, almost only a name.
So far, neural networks can solve only some of the tasks that a person can solve. At the same time, one person can solve problems that require many neural networks.
