We do not know what dark energy is, and we do not know what a gravitational singularity is :) But we know that dark energy pulls apart only gravitationally unrelated structures, for example, galaxies distant from each other. And where there is at least some noticeable gravity - the influence of dark energy tends to zero. In any case, this situation is observed now and is predicted for the next 2,000,000,000 years. So dark energy will not cope with a black hole yet. But if someday the density of this dark energy for some reason increases enough to swing at black holes, then, probably, there will be no one to watch this majestic spectacle - the rest of the universe will be a cloud of rapidly scattering atoms. Although, it is not a fact that the atoms will survive.

Considering that we do not fully understand how this singularity works, it is impossible to answer with confidence. But, given the fact that black holes and without any dark energy perfectly evaporate themselves - then I see no reason why not.
