See which router supports and which network card, there should be gigabits everywhere (it may be that you have a network card on a device with a 100 Mbps limit). Also check the settings on the hardware. And check that the cable is a full 8-core cable to the router, and from the router to the computer.
If these conditions are met, you can get a speed higher than 100 mb / s.
At the same time, if you look, there may be gigabit on the interface inside the local network, but if the provider provides less, then the speed will be limited by the tariff.
