The messenger has a magnifying glass icon at the top left of the screen. Click on it and you will see a search field in which you will need to enter the proposed name of the channel.
You can also search for channel names in special groups about this messenger on social networks.
1. If you are looking for a channel in Telegram using the link (for example, https://t.me/yandex), then in Telegram, in the search bar with a magnifying glass, type @yandex (dog + what goes in the link after the protocol and domain https://t.me/), click search, you're done! Another example: if the link is https://t.me/life_observer, then we drive it in - @life_observer.
2. If you want to find a channel on a specific topic. Go to the link https://tlgrm.ru/channels and select the category and channel that meets your needs. Click "Open", the channel will open in the Telegram application and already there you can subscribe or just read.
This Telegram differs, and this is in some way its feature. The channels here refer to each other. But first you need to find at least one.
For this, in the telegram itself, there is a search bar at the very top with a magnifying glass icon. You need to click on this line next to the magnifying glass and write your search query, what you are looking for.
For example, "channel directories" will give the original channels that will have links to other channels. And then subscribe to them and read interesting channels for yourself.
The main not entirely positive feature of the telegram is the difficult search for chats, channels, stickers and other media within the project.
Here various directories come to the rescue. When I search for the desired channel by category, I use the search at https://telegrator.ru/channels/
