You will not see. To do this, people must first understand how the human mind works (not the brain, but the mind). For example - and this is the most "simple" - how sensory reactions, from which electrical signals come to the brain, turn there into the qualities we all know - "cold", "rough", "sour", "smelly", etc. etc., - from which (qualities), as from bricks, we "put together" the World we contemplate as a whole. How this happens - people still do not understand and, perhaps, will never understand. Computers, on the other hand, understand very well "about quantities", but they do not at all understand "about qualities" (and do not even know about their existence).
You are describing advanced artificial intelligence.
There are many predictions, hypotheses and fears associated with it. There is a theory about technological singularity (wikipedia.org) - a hypothetical moment, after which technological progress will become so fast and complex that it will be beyond comprehension. According to assumptions, it will follow the creation of artificial intelligence and self-replicating machines, and this, according to various estimates, may come as early as 2016-2020.
Of course, this theory has criticism, but the next 5 years will definitely be very “technologically hot”!
