Separate, please, two unrelated issues - torrents separately, pirated content separately, do not mix warm with soft.
"Is it true that you cannot use torrent on 10 windows" - not true, torrent is all just a text file, store and create them as much as you want.
"windows itself can delete pirated content" - no delete. But after some updates, programs with cracked DRM (digital rights management) may stop running.
