It depends on what you mean by the word "lead".

Selling will always be better not the work that is better done , but the one which is better sold ) If in your understanding "Work leads" means "Work sells better", then the emphasis should be placed not on the quality of work, but on the quality of advertising and sales organization.

If "Work leads" means something different, then the answer to your question will be different.

For example, if for you it means that your work has received a prize of some kind The Main Sectoral Commission ("Nobel Prize", "Oscar", or simply the prize "The best locksmith of the Gadyukinsky village council"), then the work will receive such a prize if it best matches the concept of quality that members of this Commission have.

But this, in turn, does NOT mean that the work will be bought from you, or that your clients will like it.
