People want to have a hearth inside the house at the level of instinct. Many apartment and house owners dream of buying a fireplace, but are faced with fair prohibitions by the fire inspection and the high cost of installation.

The problem will be solved by a bio fireplace - an image, modern piece of furniture. Due to the variety of design, configurations and dimensions, it has earned a special favor from designers. Such a decorative fireplace is in perfect harmony in any interior style, it will become the center or a bright detail in the integral image of the home.

Biofireplace is a real fire in the house. This is its main difference from electric fireplaces, which only imitate live fire. The "trick" of the device is that it works without smoke and soot, so you can enjoy the comfort and contemplation of the flame at any time ...

To understand what a biofireplace is is easiest for those who have used dry alcohol at least once. It is not an instant drink, but a fuel often used in school chemistry experiments. Only instead of an alcohol tablet in biofireplaces, the most common (ie liquid) alcohol ethanol is used, which has recently been included in the category of "biofuel". So alcohol began to be called allegedly because it is extracted from natural crops or in order to justify the production of such fuel in front of environmentalists.

Therefore, the prefix "bio" does not carry any semantic meaning. with the same success a wood-burning fireplace could be considered a "bio fireplace": after all, it also runs on natural fuel, only solid.

We have sorted out the terminology. Now a few words must be said about the design and principle of operation.

Biofireplace is a tank with alcohol and a burner. The rest (protective screens, glass, base) is very optional. Alcohol vapors leave the tank, where they are burned in the burner flame. This produces a real flame, with an infernal blue bottom.

When alcohol vapors are burned, smoke, soot, and odor are not formed, so there is no need to arrange a chimney. All that remains is water vapor and a little carbon dioxide. To remove the latter, it is sometimes worth ventilating the room, which already has to be done without any biofireplace.

A biofireplace is a pleasant thing in terms of aesthetics, it will not work to keep warm from it, but in a city apartment it becomes an excellent substitute for wood-burning counterparts. True, we must remember that this is still a source of open fire, which means that children, animals and any objects near it do not get along.

Bio-fireplace is a device that allows you to place a fireplace in any apartment, even the smallest. And it will be completely safe, without the release of any harmful substances during combustion (the fire is real, not fake), the size of the fireplace can be any.

The burner burns biofuel - vegetable alcohol, bioethanol (we are in fact a new generation alcohol lamp). It is inexpensive, the consumption is small, it does not contain any "chemistry". When burning, there is no smell, smoke, soot. Oxygen in the room also does not deteriorate (the effect of the bio chamber is like a lit candle), so no extractor hood is required.

Bio fireplaces can be of completely different shapes and sizesc - from huge to mini desktop options. Some models have additional functionality, for example, they play music or the sounds of a burning fire, have backlighting, monitor the temperature, and can be controlled from the remote control. Such devices need to be connected to the mains, ordinary ones do not, there is enough fuel.
