I can dislike for violation of the rules of dispute: substitution of concepts, manipulation, distortion, emotional, not reasoned position, blind fanaticism. Why do "dumb" answers gain advantages? Everything is relative, including stupidity :)
The most commonplace, these are questions where there are different poles of thinking. For example, in a question concerning religion, aggressive atheists or fans of another book may come running, thereby expressing their ideological position with a dislike of a separate opinion. Also in the themes of feminism, politics, tastes ....
In these situations, likes are very biased, so I am of the opinion that it is important to show likes and dislikes at the same time.
Imagine if the theme of ice cream flavors would be as acute as politics, and as a result, everyone who loves mint dislikes strawberry lovers, but likes their own, and vice versa. As a result, we would have zero indicators for these two tastes (while they would not have any likes as much), but in the top it would be chocolate, because it just received the least attention. From this, the ideal opinion should always be neutral "for each his own".
