The analogue of the Russian "oh, everything" in English is "whatever". Pronounced at the end of a phrase. Many, saying "whatever", make a hand gesture: they put the tips of their thumbs together and protrude both index fingers (so that visually the fingers look like the letter "w").
I'm not a professional memologist, but it seems to me that the "Oh, everything" meme is very similar in content, in a rather specific form and in who it is attributed to (emotional women) to the English-language meme "I can't even." p>
It is believed that this meme originated precisely in Russia as a phrase ridiculing the stereotype about the inability of women to conduct a constructive dialogue.
